Refund Policy

Wayfound Adventures sells digital travel guides and related downloadable planning materials. Because these products are delivered electronically and are available for immediate access after purchase, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital files have been delivered or downloaded.
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however, and I understand that legitimate problems can occur.
When a Refund May Be Considered
Please contact Wayfound Adventures if you experience an issue such as:
- a duplicate purchase or duplicate charge;
- an incorrect charge;
- an inability to access or download the files you purchased;
- a damaged, corrupted, or unusable digital file; oranother purchase-related problem that you believe warrants review.
I will make a reasonable effort to resolve technical or access problems first. If the problem cannot be resolved, or if I determine that a refund is appropriate, a full or partial refund may be issued at my discretion
Change of Plans
Because Wayfound Adventures products are digital and provide immediate access to the full guide and planning materials, refunds generally are not available because travel plans change, a trip is canceled, or a purchaser decides not to use the materials after purchase.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After Wayfound Adventures processes the refund, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears on your account.
Digital Product Access
If a refund is issued, access to the associated downloadable files may be discontinued.
Wayfound Adventures digital guides and planning materials are provided for the personal use of the purchaser and may not be shared, copied for others, resold, or redistributed.
